Gold bar streak

I won the streak 3 times ina row and didn’t get the rewards for it??? Why is there loads of issues with this game and yet hard to contact you to fix it, you take money quickly enough, how about get your servers up to speed so we don’t keep losing out! Absolute joke of a company!

I have long wondered just that @Pyrolight . I think you are onto the truth of the matter there.

I totally agree @Pyrolight. We have been told that the people that design the levels and the people that design the features for the game are different teams. It is very apparent that these teams don't discuss things. I would also say that it is apparent that the team responsible for the features don't fully understand the game.

By that I mean when a feature requires that you complete 60 levels in a day and then the level designers produce levels that are too difficult to complete quickly.

The fact that we have also been told that the level designers use a level editor rather than coding everything probably explains a lot of the issues.

I am starting to wonder if the code base was never designed to do a lot of what is now being done. As such it is so hacked and patched together they break two things trying to fix one.

Along with having to put out new content they end up making the whole problem worse.

Usually it requires a complete re-write of the code to make everything work again and companies hate to do that. It is also usually on a 10 year cycle for that. I know there are some apps where I work that badly need to be re-written but don't have the staff to do it. Also upper management... you want to make a project take three times as long, just have upper management get directly involved.

You aren't wrong @crellogs there has been an issue with the Episode Race not paying out the gold for months. The fact that it still hasn't been resolved is hard to understand.

Hello @crellogs and welcome to the community here. We are all just fellow players here like you, so we can't fix the technical problems for you I am afraid. Have to tried to contact player support with this? The best way to contact them is via the app. Go into settings in the app and then tap on the ? symbol and scroll through the options until you see "contact us" at the bottom.
