I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing an issue in your game!
Is the issue you are experiencing with regards to "Weekly Race"? Is the level count not increasing even if you win more new levels?
Help my game count hasn’t increased in 50 games.

I would suggest you to contact the King Player Support team and send a complaint to them! I have seen few more complaints about it.
