Ads is still a testing feature, which sent to only few groups of players for certain period of timings. Once that period ends, the test will be moved on to other groups of players! Nobody knows who receives which tests and how long the tests last!
As players, all we can do is - to regularly install the latest version of the App on our device; make sure there is enough free space on the device memory; and stay active in the game. And, wait for the test to reach your game!

Is there a moderator on the forum anymore? This glitch just started today, the new levels that were just added are not syncing across my devices. All are up to date.
