Not delivering Gold Bars

Candy Crush isn't delivering Gold bars at the end of each level. I've now missed out on at minimum 5, but probably more, as I wasn't keeping track when it first happened. So would/could someone please credit me? It would be greatly appreciated. I'd also like to know if others are also having this problem?

But, I am confused with your complaint🤔 Were you promised that you will receive Gold Bars after winning each level?

If so, do you have any screenshots that show that the game told you that you will receive Gold Bars after winning each level? Can you show me one of those screenshots?
