How come clicking on the hub doesn’t show anything

Question

I can see the HUB icon on my screen. When I click on it, the screen colour greys ( or becomes lighter) but does not open up anything or take me anywhere.  My game does not need to be updated, I’m playing on the current IOS and I’m playing on an iPad.  Any suggestions as to what’s up?

The glitch with HUB icon is not an issue on your side!  We all are experiencing the same thing!  The game team is aware about this glitch👍️

Please do not worry and once we have any news/update about the glitch, we will get back to you.

And, with regards to "Grey Screen" --> If you get the Grey screen, please click on the HUB icon again and the screen will become normal and we don't have to close the game like we did before.
