How do I transfer progress and friends from old phone to new phone

You simply download the game App -- log in with the same details you have used to login into the game on your old phone.
But, please remember that only level progress and the Gold Bars will be transferred but, not the boosters & lives received from friends! Because, the lives & boosters are saved on our device's local memory. Please check this Help Article provided by our Community In-charge team --> Learn How to move to progress to a new device.
