Can i save my level/game if i factory restart my kindle fire?

my silk browser disappeared and i can't update messenger so i can't use it. this is my main communication device. no phone, cell service, hardly get on computer. SO ....I'm told i need to do a factory reset...BUT I really don't want to lose my game. is that possible?

Are you playing Candy Crush Saga? Did you save the game either through Facebook or Kingdom account? If so, you do not have to worry about losing the progress of the game!

Once you are done with Factory Reset and installed all the needed updates, install Candy Crush Saga game and log in with your account and you can get back into the game as usual!

** Only issue will be, you will be able to retrieve your boosters and the lives received from your friends!

I am restricted and playing candy crush lite version due to rules and regulations I do not know why ?

Level 10054 is impossible to pass because the 4th required Dragon does not drop, I have used many booster and bombs and still have not cracked this level because the fourth and last required doesn't appear.

Got Booster Wheel Jackpot, But It Didn't Include the 15min UFO
I got the booster wheel spin jackpot today, and it looks like it's supposed to include everything that shows on the wheel. However, there was no 15 min unlimited UFO blaster (it showed it in the graphic showing you won the jackpot, but it was not in my boosters). Is this a known issue or just a one off glitch?
Inventory/Boosters Lost - (Edited by CM: Under investigation)!
My inventory disappeared overnight Hundreds of boosters lost Back to square one !! Any ideas why and how to retrieve ?? Gutted !!
