Which country do you live in? Not all the players have been receiving notifications about the Tournament! And, not everybody is receiving the HUB icon!!
Do you see Purple Star candies in your game? If so, you will receive the All Stars Tournament.
Do you see any timer about the Tournament in your "Events" folder? Can you show me a screenshot of it please?
Please make sure that your game is updated with the latest App version, and you have a strong internet connection in your game.
