I don't know about other devices, but on iPhone and iPad I go into "Settings" then "General" then halfway down the page choose "Language and Region" and then "region" where I can alter the country. Check on your phone which region it is set at. The game profile should show the region as set on your device @mateiac1955.

Hello. To participate in All Stars you have to live in USA, Canada, Brazil or Western Europe. If you do it should show up automatically in your game now.
