When I try to sign in with through the app, it says invalid email/password. When I try to reset the password, it says email not associated with an account. I do have an account and am current signed in with it on the king website. I’ve reset my password through the website and it still says invalid email/password, despite that being the credentials I logged in with through king. I’m unable to retrieve my progress with this issue.
Hello. I think your account at the King website is a separate account from your player account for the game? Have you got a previously played game of Candy Crush Saga? If you haven't, don't choose the option "Already have a King Account" when prompted, but start a new login with a new account at the top of the screen. Your community account here is not related to playing the King games, it is just your access to this community.
