how do I transfer other lives and progress?

When we switch devices, we can successfully transfer the game progress and the Gold Bars as these are saved on Game Servers.
Whereas, the boosters and the lives are not transferred because they are stored on device local memory. Please check this Help Article to find more info —> Learn how to move your progress
