Why can’t I purchase power ups anymore?

every time I go to purchase there’s a error that pops up. Sometimes another pops up saying my account hasn’t been charged .

Since you are using an iPhone, I would suggest you to contact the Support team directly from your game. Please follow below steps⬇️

• Click on the Pink Cogwheel located in the top right corner of the game map screen;
• Click on ? icon in Settings window;
• Scroll down to "My Purchases" and click on it;
• Select an option that is suitable with the issue and follow the steps.
