Why can't I use my gift card?

I have been trying to log in to my king account as directed to use the gift card. I see that there have been some recent changes. I have an android and it's driving me crazy. I have no problem logging into my apps with FB or even into my king account via the website. However, when I attempt to redeem the gift card at store.king.com it will not allow me to log in either way. I'm confused 😕 can someone please help me out???!!

Thanks for the information...I will try to my best best to use this to the best of my ability. I am not sure what a pink cogwheel quite is. 🤔 it may be the settings wheel in the app. Thanks again for all your help!

I would like you to contact King Player Support team and send a complaint.

I did not ask which device you are using to play the game! If you are playing on a mobile device, you can contact them directly from your game.

Click on the Pink Cogwheel located in the top right corner of the game map screen;
Click on the ? icon in the Settings window;
Go down to "My purchases" and click on it;
First option is "Gift Cards FAQ" - click on it;
Scroll down all the way and click on "Contact Us";
Fill the form and send your complaint.

Please let me know if you need further assistance🍫🍫
