The HUB icon has been glitchy for many players this season! So, please don't worry about not having the Hub icon on your screen!

If you are sure that you are qualified, I would suggest you to log-out of the game — shut down your device — wait for about 5 minutes & turn it on — reopen the App — log back in — and see if the event is back on — if not, play/replay a level that has Purple candies and win it — now, go back to the Events folder and check if you have the Tournament back in your game.
