That red key is supposed to be orange and you need to match it with orange candies to make it disappear. The red keys are a deeper red colour. And yes, the ones that actually do look orange are supposed to be yellow and need to be matched with yellow candies.

I forgot to mention above… As per the tip, if you notice the "key hole" the shape is oval - which is of an Orange Candy! So, if you see that same key in your next try, please match it with the Orange candies and the locks will be opened👍️

This issue was reported to the Studio, and they are working on it! But it looks like it's going to take a while! I am glad to say that one of our Community Managers found a trick that will help us…
This is tip —> Check the candy shapes inside the key ring hole as this matches the candy shapes that the keys should be matched with, instead of the colors of the keys which can be unreliable.
I tried this trick and it does help🤩
