Level 7964 is Impossible

In level 7964 I only have 18 moves to collect 150 green. I’m not getting even close and have been playing for days. From videos it looks like people had 30 moves. I’ve used boosters and watched videos for help but it seems impossible. Please help!🙋🏻‍♀️
