How to restore my lives, purchased boosters and won boosters on Ipad

Question

Candy crush screen turned dark, I couldn’t do anything to revive it. As a last resort I removed it and reinstalled it. When it came back up all my purchased booster and accumulated lives were gone.

How can I get my booster and lives back. My level 6786 and gold bars did restore, that’s all that was restored

Please help.

Hi @rsr190 . Go to the game's Start Menu, then Settings - Help Center - My Game Progress - Contact us and send them an email. Don't forget to mention what level you were on!

I am sorry to hear that you have reinstalled your game!

For the lost boosters, you will have to contact the King Player Support team.  You can send your complaint directly from your game.  Please let me know if you need assistance with it.

** While requesting to restore the boosters, they might ask for proof of purchases!

Unfortunately, it is not possible to restore the lives!!

If you happen to experience Grey/Black screen again while playing — please try turning off your device — wait for about 10 minutes — turn on the device.  That will usually resolve the issue!
