Is the issue resolved now or are you still experiencing the connection issue?
I did not find any other complaints in the Community or in my Facebook groups! Did you check your internet connection? If you are using a mobile device, please try turning off the Wi-Fi and connecting to Mobile data!
If nothing helps and Candy Crush Saga is the only game you are experiencing this connection issue, you will have to contact the Player Support team. Please let me know if you need help with it🍫🍫
