I am still in the knockout contest but now I cannot connect to the App Store through the Candy Crush Saga app. When I open the app, I cannot enter my email…says I am not connected (but I clearly am). If I play a level and lose, it does not open the window to allow me to use gold bars or watch videos to continue. On the home screen, if I click on the "Shop" icon in the lower right hand corner, it opens the window and the little circle spins and spins and spins. If I go to the "Events" icon in the middle of the bottom menu, at the top I see the All Stars Contest bubble, but it does not show my rank. If I win a level, it shows just my rank of 1 but no score.
I have read EVERYTHING on the app and what support sends back. I am using an iPhone and offloaded the app then reinstalled…still having the issue.
I really need help soon so I can keep playing in the contest.
User ID is 11293805195 and I am on level 4208, but this is not the name or email associated with the account. When I tried using my yahoo email to log into this forum, it said that it was incorrect, yet it lets me log into the desktop app with that email (but I do not have all my items on the desktop, and it is near impossible to pass higher levels without them.) so I had to create a new account to register for this forum.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!!
