My CCS level also has the toffee.
But unlike @vickyjon it has candies to start so it must be a glitch. I also play on a desktop PC.
FYI all, CCS 5137 looks like this on my screen. Firefox on Macbook.

As you play on a desktop please try using the Microsoft game app and Edge browser @vickyjon to play the game and see if level 5137 looks playable.
Thanks for your reply, its toffee, not toast, sorry, lol, and I start with no candies on the board, so clearly the game thinks i've failed when I've pressed nothing. I will contact directly and see if they can help

My starting board for 5137 looks the same as Christinewupp's, asking for 500 bombs.
Hello @vickyjon my level 5137 looks the same as @christinewupp I play on Android and Christine plays on iOS.
I can't think of an order that looks like toast.
Use the Snipping tool to capture a screenshot.
If it says oops straight away and you have a board full of "toast" (I assume it's toffee) then there is something very wrong with your level. If toffee swirls have replaced the bombs then there are no candies on your board at all? This level should not oops like that. If there are a few candies on your starting board then make sure you don't play any boosters and maybe it will work, but if there is only a board full of toffee and not even three candies to match, then your version of the level must be faulty. I think this problem is something we can't help you with in this community and I would urge you to contact King Support directly with this. It is best done via Settings in the App itself. Click on the cogwheel on your gamescreen, then the ? symbol and scroll through the options until you see "contact us" at the bottom. You will get an automated response, ignore that and if you don't hear from a real person reply to the automated email until you get a satisfactory response. I hope they can fix this for you.
Instead of bombs to clear, they look like toast
I have learned through the years that depending on what you're playing on, in my case, a desktop and which browser you use, in my case, it Google Chrome, dictates what the game looks like. I tried to screenshot, but as soon as I click on the level a popup comes as says, oops, failed, when I didn't press any buttons!
I don't understand this at all @vickyjon . No bombs otherwise the same? That is very strange. As my level has a bomb order, what has yours instead? So what happens when you try to play it? Does it freeze? Could you post in a screenshot please?
Hello, thanks for your reply, my level 5137 has no bombs, otherwise looks the same. I tried to play again, still not able to play it, wasted another 5 games, this has never happened to me before? What can I do?
Hello @vickyjon Why do you think there is a glitch in this level? Mine looks like this and plays normally. Well, it's a horrible level, but no glitches.

I've been getting burned alot lately. When I'm out of moves & I choose to watch the ads for bonus moves & such,when I get to the 3rd & most important bonus,the ad pops up,but it has the arrow that spins in circles on it. I'm unable to watch the ad & therefore lose out on the bonus. This has caused me to lose races,streaksā¦
See guys game developer can have option to sustain the Ad inside the game. Without Ad for rewards or lives, this game is not interest to play. Since I crossed 8k plus levels. My personal opinion is Ad for rewards create interest to play and move on to next level. So please I am requesting to make Ad appear into my game andā¦

I think that we should be able to "carry over" moves we buy when we spend our gold.
