Since starting this episode, each level is stating that my boosters are not available for this level, and it’s not progressing my win streak nor giving me the boosters from it.
I’ve force-quit the game and checked sync.

There are some levels in the game where it is not possible to choose the boosters at the beginning. This could happen because the board is full of blockers and there is no room for other boosters or when a new feature is introduced. Don't worry! In the next level the boosters will return.

You don't need to do anything here @fairy_89 because this is how the team at King have designed these levels and it's the same for every player. Just keep playing without boosters and after a few levels your win streak and booster choice will come back. There are just a few levels like this one in the game where the level design team decided that boosters should not be played. Sometimes it's because they would make the level far too easy, but also sometimes it is because boosters would upset the mechanism of the level and make players fail. Just go with it and good luck with your game!
