How am I going to pass the level if it doesn't let him make any movement please help I can't do nd and I lose lives because I haven't passed the level I will never pass that level please help!!!

This level has been reported several times recently, and it seems that the version you and some other players are getting is faulty. With no candies on your starting board at all the level is clearly broken and not playable, so please contact King Support for help. Use this link: https://soporto.king.com/contact

Since the new update I think today as it looks a bit different, every time I play a level a booster gets taken automatically it checkmarks itself anyone else noticed this?
I lost 10 gold while redeem for life at level 15256. Some technical error happened and deducted totally 20 golds instead 10. Pl credit to my account
this level is different to what’s on line. Need help with this level. No money or boosters. Help please.
As soon as I got to this level it gave me an error message 'unable to win level' and kicked me out. I tried again a few times and same message. How do I get past this level? I read in a different comment on player page it needs yellow candies and no yellow candies show up?
