Please contact the company that handles the transactions and your payment details if you have any issues with your card.
i.e. Apple if you play on iPhone and have issues with your Apple-ID, Google if you play on an Android device and use your Google Play account for purchases, Facebook if you play on Facebook etc.
A computer hacker might do this I guess but if someone has stolen your card info then you urgently have to contact your credit card provider, not here. Steeling your card info has nothing to do with just Candy Crush. Block the card asap if you think another person got access to it.
