Please don't worry about the Hub icon as it has been glitchy this season for many players!!
But, do you have the All Stars Tournament in your game?
If not, try logging out of the game β turn off your device β wait for 10 minutes β restart the device β reopen the app and log into the game β check your events folder β if you see no events, replay a level β go back to the map screen & open the Events folder β see if you have the All Stars icon. It should come up.
