I received a message from you to open my game and press on my profile but I don't see profile only see My Activity. Please help me with my progress levels it shows me level 11 and I'm at level 8049 I'm using a new phone

I’m just another player here in the community ^^., welcome.

So, you may still need King’s tech support if the following doesn’t work. If you still have your old phone, do you remember how you sign in there, like with Facebook or email? Try signing in to the new phone using the same method (either email or Facebook). It worked for me as I changed my devices a couple of times before.
