No stars

In this competition there was serval times I completed the rounds n did not receive my stars …if I did those stars xould have moved me forward more to next round

......also my wife had an option to watch videos yo gain extra moves n boosters ...I didn't have that option

Thank you for the feedback. The video ad feature as all ads and promotional features is still a test feature in the game, which means that some of you can get Lives, while others can get Boosters or other items from this feature.

This also means that the video ads will not always be available and not found in all player's games or on all devices.

So if you at the moment are missing the ads in your game, just stay tuned and keep an eye in the game to see when the ads are back.

Hi, i understand you. I don't have problem with stars, but I can't see videos. I think it's a game who decides what every play can have.

Level 14390 impossible to pass
This level is simply impossible to pass. I've hit it as part of the concert chaos event and as with all levels to get a band member in this event, it's impossible without using loads of boosters or spending gold for extra moves. This is ridiculous and just makes the game boring. I feel like I've been stuck on it for weeks…
Why does it prevent me from playing all the lives my friends sent me?
