I have a problem with syncing

Hi, I am moving to a new phone and when I try to transfer my progress to the new phone by the same account that was in the old it transfers only 950 only but I was in level 6705 so anyway how to sol a this and transfer all the levels

Please email Player Support so they can restore the levels manually on your account.You can also email them from here and tell your Game ID there.
