I'm am from Romania but I live in United Kingdom, Do I need to apply my self for visa to travel or the events give to the participants a temporary visa ?

You said you are living in United Kingdom. You must have some kind of Visa to live there, isn't it? If so, when does it expire?
The King will not be able to assist you with this.

Please, you must hold a live tournament in a country where they do not require a visa. Don't you think?

For Romanian here we need a settlement, I order for us to work and live here I haven't applied for any visa to come here it's just a settlement for 5 years witch mine will expire next year

I think that would be a valid document! But, you will have to apply for Travel Visa for you to come to US.
