Game isn't letting bonuses be used

1st: The game is saying I earned , say, 20 mins of color bombs in the bonus boxes for getting 20 wrapped candies or whatever, but when the game starts the bonus isn't there. The icon is, but the timer is not and there is no bonus "weapon" in the puzzle.
2nd: You guys need a much better feedback/problem reporting system.
