Ad problem - extra moves MOSTLY

Question

Hey y’all! I noticed that sometimes when I finish watching an ad in-game, ESPECIALLY for the extra moves when you watch 3 ads in a row, it goes back to the game but you can’t tap anything so you have to restart but then you lose your lvl progress!! Can anybody help me, preferably a dev. It’s annoying because I’m trying to make progress in the All-Stars Event and it’s preventing me from doing so.

Here is a screenshot of what the game looks like when it does the glitch. Thank you To respond I will reach out to the team. Also with the ads, it's not the ad itself it's the game it freezes with a black border as you can see in the screenshot

Except for Community Managers, all of us that help out here are players just like you.

I would suggest you to contact the King Player Support team and send a complaint.  They might be able to check what's going on and advice you on what to do further.  Please follow below steps⬇️

* Click on the Pink Cogwheel located in the top right corner of the game map screen;
* Click on the ? icon in Settings window;
* Scroll down to "Privacy & Legal"; 
* The first option is to report an Ad.

Hope the issue will be resolved soon and the glitch with the Ads in your game will be fixed soon!
