Gold bars count stuck,not advancing!

Hello Candy Crushers...for many months I've noticed my gold bars count is stuck on 8 and I've played many levels but count never updates and I've not used any gold bars since it hasstopped at 8 ...I've tried closing and reopen, logging out and in, uninstalling and reinstalled, the count just doesn't update at all...has the gold bars stopped being rewarded or what can the problem be?
