If your progress is different on two different devices, you may be experiencing a synchronization issue. Let's have a look at how you can fix:
Connecting to a King account or Facebook account will back up your progress so you can connect to any device and continue where you left off.
You'll need an active internet connection on your devices to make sure that your progress is uploaded, so make sure your device has an active internet connection. Make sure your phone isn't in airplane mode either.

If you're at the very last level in the game, please note that the next level might not be available yet on your platform. This is important to keep in mind if you play on different platforms like Android, iOS, or a desktop computer, but don't worry. When the newest levels are available for all platforms, you'll see them in your game. Just make sure your game is always up to date so you can keep playing and discovering new levels in our Kingdom!

If you are still experiencing this issue, please check if the level on your iPad has stars on it or not!!
Then, replay that last level and win it. Do not skip or click on anything, but, let the level finish on it's own. Once you see Tiffi with the scoreboard, click on next and go back to the Map screen. Now, see if you can click on your Profile icon and takes you back to your original level or not!
