Unable to connect

For some reason I am unable to sign into my account. It's telling me there are connection issues or I have no internet. I do have internet and am not sure why I'm locked out?

    I had the same issue also. I had to uninstall and reinstall the App and then I was able to log in. Of course by doing that I lost all of my boosters and gold. I reached out to Candy Crush but haven't been helped.

    Please do not uninstall your app @dmanflynn as you will lose your All Stars progress if you are playing it.

    This also happened to me yesterday when I bought it and I didn't receive it and they simply asked for the email to prove the purchase and it wasn't sent to me at the time of purchase and they said they couldn't resolve my situation if I didn't have the email. In other words, they failed with their system, they didn't send me the purchase email but the pix went directly to their account, I didn't receive any refund. I was also very disappointed in the loss.
