This also happened to me yesterday when I bought it and I didn't receive it and they simply asked for the email to prove the purchase and it wasn't sent to me at the time of purchase and they said they couldn't resolve my situation if I didn't have the email. In other words, they failed with their system, they didn't send me the purchase email but the pix went directly to their account, I didn't receive any refund. I was also very disappointed in the loss.
