Need help. I lost my progress ~ 12400 levels. When I open candy crush it opens to level 24.

When I attempted to log over the weekend my level was game 24. If I remember correctly I believe I had cleared about 24 levels on Friday, April 19th. Occasionally when there seems like there may have been an issue with crush I would log in through FB but my games were still there. Not this time!!
