You can send the complaint directly from your game ⬇️
You will be receiving an automated email, which is an acknowledgement. Do not discard but, save it. Now, send a reply through that automated email itself and explain the issue. Also, include the screenshot of your Events folder, along with screenshots you might have taken in last 3 days! Request them to assist you quickly as the Round is ending soon! Hope they will be able to help you quickly and resolve the issue for you🤞🤞

Can you please do something for me? 1) Take a screenshot of the leaderboard you have right now; 2) Play / replay a level with Purple candies and win it; 3) Take another screenshot of your leaderboard and post both the screenshots here. If nothing changed and you are still seeing the hyphen, I need these details —> device you are using; and your game ID number.
I see the icon now but I can’t see my spot on the leaderboard:( do I still get points even if I keep it going like this where I can’t see my spot?

Do you not have the All Stars icon in your Events folder? Do you have any features/events there OR do you see just the booster wheel? If either of this is happening, all you need to do is - play/replay a level that has Purple Candies and win it. Your All Stars Score will pop-up back.
If your Daily Treat Machine is missing, you will have to follow these steps again!

Please Log out of the game -- close the App -- restart your device after shutting it down for about 10 minutes -- reopen the App and log into the game -- replay a level that has Purple candies and win it -- see if appears again.

I've been having trouble with trying to get to the next Ad, because every time I think the Ad is finished and I try to go to the next Ad, it takes me completely out of the game. So, then I lose my chance at the level, and the boosters that might have been able to help me. Any suggestions?
I lost almost 400 gold bars not knowing the reason. How may I know what was the reason or was there any system fault or something?
On 28 of December I paid by paysafe 2.99 for a booster pack two times and neither received the booster nor got my money back. The same happened on 30 of December with a 3.99 booster once this time
