Dontou still qualify for the second round if your in 2nd place I never get any boosters to help with the hard levels please I really need your help

In the Final Knockout rounds, we must be in the first place to move to next round, and again in the 1st place in those 2 rounds too.

I completed 2 sets of levels, gold chocolate box, and finished all of my tapes earning over 100 gold bars. When I opened my game this morning, they were ALL GONE. I now have ZERO!!! I spend a lot of time earning those and would really appreciate if they were added back to my account. So upsetting!
The event had 1 day left and just disappeared! I was so close to the finish. Make it right please. Also, you can't chat with the bot on the help center of the app on Android, the bottom screen function buttons cover the text field and you can't click on it to start typing.
Why did you just remove the music event from the app?? I had 18 more hours to complete and was on my last 3 laps and it just disappeared. I spent so much time and boosters just so you can do whatever you want? You’re not doing these events fairly
As stated in title. Have made sure that both apps (FB and Candy Crush) are updated. Have also tried uninstalling FB to try to login via Web browser. Nothing seems to work. Any tips?
