"Could someone please help me here? My opponent completed the same stages as me, yet I'm losing, despite there being a massive point difference. Everyone here knows that such a discrepancy in points cannot result from just a few stages. What's worse, I have another video showing my opponent's score increasing while they remain stuck on the same stage. How is this possible? I dedicated myself to this championship to the fullest, and now this is happening. I feel terrible about it."

Hello. The player cards are not live. Only the leaderboard is live. You cannot deduct anything by using the player cards, so The player cards are only updated once a day or so, and may be faulty, they certainly run behind real time and are in no way useful to assess progress of your opposition. Also, stating that you both played the same number of levels is irrelevant since the levels given on the player cards are the levels played during the last seven days!
Use the leaderboard only. I am sorry but it looks like you were outplayed by a player using a clever strategy.

He cheated and you played fair, that's why he won and you lost.

I think you didn't understand very well, I'm not even complaining about losing, I'm saying that the player's score is rising while he continues in the same phase, if there is an internet or connection error, the score should also stabilize and stay the same, it doesn't make sense to score goes up and the phase doesn't. I updated the application several times and closed it and opened it again to see if it was an internet error and it wasn't.

I have several screenshots and videos showing my score going up, while my opponent is still at the same level, his score is going up and another thing is I was at a higher level than his and the same score was far behind, it doesn't make sense, all of us who we play, we know how difficult it is to score points, but there is a huge disproportion due to the comparison of phases,

I went through the same thing, I'm extremely frustrated. I sent my proofs to support, please do the same. They overtook me in 4 minutes with more than 500 thousand points progressing the same as you describe

As Christinewupp said, the player card, what you were comparing, is meaningless.
The only way you would know he is stuck is literally being in the same room to see their screen.
Basically they simply played more levels than you.

I played practically 18h00 a day on every day of the championship, impossible for another player, he spends the whole day without playing and when he started playing the score went up very quickly he caught up to me and passing me something incredible I think is some kind of robot. I have already sent several emails to the company saying showing the tests, I sent the video I made of the screen capture showing the player's score rising without him passing the stage, and only to have a terrible response from him saying that nothing can be done I've been talking to them since the second day of the championship and no one has found out if this player is a robot or a team that is playing non-stop, I don't know, I know they haven't been a player for long because they just created an account basically just to participating in this championship and I have been playing this game for over 10 years so much so that my level is 15,000 so I can say with certainty that I have enough experience that this was a steal
