anyone having issues with the app

been having issues for the past 2 days, when i try to play it goes to like a dark scrren and cant play or ,click on anything, anyy trick how to fix it?

i play on my phone and computer and it does the same on both device

i have to uninstall and keep installing to play 1 round then it freezes again
