I'm following the championship and in the team there are two robots with some kind of boot, I don't know how to explain it, but we're following them and it's humanly impossible for anyone to be able to pass in the way they are, we took several prints and I ask you to investigate these two profiles. They collect stars without passing the level. We feel injured, losing because of a player who plays well is ok, but losing to a boot is not enough.

You can't possibly know if this is the case @Ana150285 The screenshots you have shared show the player's Player Card. The Player Card are meaningless as evidence of anything because they do not work correctly. We have seen players indicated as being on level zero and level 19,000 that is how useless they are.
Just concentrate on your game and the scores. Nothing else matters.
