All Stars, Pure disappointment, feels like scam

I am a level 8500+ Player, it’s a kind of hobby.
I won the two first k.o. round and than the icon disappeared every time when I was in the first place. Contacted the support many times. Just the usual Blabla.
I tried everything that was told me. Many times. Nothing.
A few hours ago, the icon showed up. But no round was shown, also the 3rd round started at 3pm Middle East time?!
I played a few levels and oh magic, the icon disappeared again… so, what should I think!? I think, it’s scam.
I fill out the application form, which was sent to me, the pop up.
But under this circumstances it is impossible to have a chance and it’s totally unfair.
The support suck, sorry
My husband was like: maybe a lawyer needs to investigate the circumstances of that game!
