Can I go back levels and compete

Hi my name is Jamie, I play your game everyday. I am in the All-star finals rounds and noticed that I have been over taken by all the lower levels in the contest. It says that you must be level 25 or higher to participate. I feel that I should be able to go back to level 25 or higher and start gaining points or is it cheating???? Could you please let me know

Yes, of course! You are allowed to go back to old levels and play any level you want!
Only difference between you and those players is, you will not receive x30 points as those are old levels for you!
Did you try level 9000? I heard that, it is a good level to collect Purple candies (unless they changed from the last time I played it)!
