My game stop running

my all stars disappeared from my events, i was in the first place in this knockout spend more than a U$ 1000 and i can’t continue playing. I send a email to the support and its a automatic answer.
I prepared everything to go to the finals, and its not gonna happend.
the second place was running really fast, with no reason , and i dont know if is a real player, because even spending money im not going up to fast .
im really thinking to find a good lawyer, this is so unfair.
