Problems with the free switch boost

I’ve been having problems where the free switch boost has been using my moves when I use it ( when it says it won’t affect my moves and yet it still does)

Trying to find out who I can address this problem with because it’s messing me up in this tournament

I just loke to make sure that you are playing Candy Crush Saga!

When you use the Free Switch booster, both the moves & the booster are spent? OR the booster is staying intact, only the moves are going down?

Next time when you are about to use the booster, can you please take 2 screenshots —> (1) when you are about to use the booster; (2) after you use the booster.

Click on the 2nd icon located in the bottom left corner to add your screenshots.

alright I did it but it is still not working I just logged out of my account signed back in and I still lost lives. I just think it might be a glitch or something.

Sudden missing around 200 gold bar
when I connected my game with Facebook, then my level, my name, my tools still no change, but around 200 gold bar was missing. What can O do?
