I changed devices and lost boosters

now all my boosters have gone as well as lives from friends and trying to play all stars. Old device isn’t connecting despite having internet. Need help asap

Sorry that happen to you. The Gold Bars do sync across all platforms in all games, but the Boosters do not sync between devices.
