I have been playing this game for over 10 years, I love it; however, about 10 days ago I purchased gold bars to be able to continue playing. Since then, I only receive daily boosters, no option to be able to watch adds and get boosters or lives. My other concern, you buy gold bars to continue, example I buy 255 gold bars and only use 40, the rest disappear, why can’t you retain the unused bars.? I’m getting ready to delete the game and find a new one 🙁

Your purchased Gold Bars should be stored in your game and should not disappear! Please contact the King Player Support team through this link —> https://soporto.king.com/contact and send a complaint.

I would suggest you send your complaint directly from your game by following below steps⬇️

• Click on the Pink Cogwheel (gear icon) located in the top right corner of the game map screen;
• Click on the ? icon in Settings window;
• Go down to "My Purchases" and click on it;
• Check for the suitable option and click on it;
• Scroll down all the way and click on "Contact Us";
• Fill the form and Submit your complaint.
