I am in a new frozen jelly saga. I am being prompted by "help" to move, but I can't move and there are no other ways to move? What am I doing wrong?

Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
