It keeps ending my game

I'm playing a board right now , I make one to rwo moves & still have matches on the board & all of a sudden it ends my game saying oops... that's all it says in the box is oops... ending my game with matches still on the board & it does it multiple times until it has used all my lives. It does every time I'm playing the board I'm on & it even does it with or without my boosters in use. It's bad enough it forces candy royale on players with no option of not playing but this is starting to tic me off ... candy crush ending my game after only a few moves with matches a lot of matches still on the board, only popping up a message of oops ending my game .... WHY is candy crush doing this????
