I ordered something and did not get it

Question

I did not get what I ordered and I contacted Microsoft where the payment was deducted.  Microsoft does not refund payments made to Candy Crush when Candy Crush scams you out of your money without giving you what you bought.  This has happened more than once.  It has also happened to many other people.  I want what I bought or my money refunded to me.

Stop sending people to where you are sending them.  This is one big circle *Edited by CM.  You send us to another place on your site.  That place send us to Microsoft.  Microsoft sends us back to you.  People should be aware that when they don't get what they pay for through King, they have no recourse.  I am reporting this to the Feds.
