I can't scroll back myself to check out on this level but this video seems to manage it somehow. As you can't destroy the magic mixer you will have to rely on opportunities to create special candies and use the fishes and stripes from the dispenser. As there are only four colours in this levels there is an opportunity to create cascades in your last few moves as the video shows to clear the board. Colour bombs are very powerful in levels with such few colours, so try playing the pre level colour bomb booster.
