If you are playing on a mobile device, you can send your complaint directly from your game⬇️
- Click on the Pink Cogwheel (Gear) icon;
- Click on the ? icon in Settings window;
- Go down till "My Purchases" and click on it;
- You should see the option "overcharged" (something like that). Click on it and you will find the steps & directions on what to do depending on your device.
